An enquiry is not a booking
Adding equipment to your list and preparing an enquiry are ways to describe what you are considering. They do not reserve equipment, hold a date or create a rental agreement.
A rental is confirmed through the final quotation and the arrangements agreed with Soon Huat for that event.
What the quotation confirms
- The pieces, colours and quantities being discussed.
- The event and rental dates.
- Delivery and collection arrangements.
- Rental charges and any other agreed conditions.
Dates, venue access and timing
Share the event date, requested rental period, venue or postal code, and any access or timing notes that may affect the arrangement. The quotation is where the confirmed dates and practical arrangements are recorded.
Delivery, collection or setup should not be assumed from the rental list alone.
Availability and changes
Availability for the pieces and dates you request is confirmed in the quotation. Any change, responsibility or condition that applies to a rental is set out there and agreed for the event.
